Comedian and host Vice Ganda shared an update with his followers on Twitter earlier today, February 3, that he has already apologized to his It’s Showtime co-host Karylle for the misunderstanding that happened during the Thursday (February 2) episode. The Unkabogable Star understood that netizens may have seen his banter with Karylle to be unprofessional.

Vice stated that he knew he made a mistake and immediately corrected it.

“Oh so I am being called out. Yes I acknowledge sablay ako dun. Potah sablay again. Bawi po ako. Bawi right away,” he tweeted.

This comes after netizens pointed out that there was unfair treatment when it comes to the hosts of the noontime variety show. Karylle recalled during the previous episode that Vhong Navarro wasn’t able to sing the song he practiced after Vice gave it to someone else.
Vice shared that Karylle wasn’t offended at all when he asked her personally. The comedian still apologized for his actions and shared that they are both okay and no bad blood between the two of them.

“Story time! Magkakasama kami ni K at Tyang and Anne sa dressing room. Di daw sya naoffend when I asked her. But I still apologized. So to simplify WE ARE OK,” he updated.

Meanwhile, during the live broadcast of the noontime show earlier today, Vice clarified the issue once more and added that he and Karylle will be doing a live broadcast after the show to “battle it out.”

“Naguusap kami nila Karylle at Anne (Curtis) kanina, ‘galingan natin andaming nanonood sa atin ngayon. Kaya gandahan natin ang episode natin ngayon’. Sikat na sikat tayo ngayon, trending tayo ngayon sa Twitter, girl! Mamaya mag vivideo kami ni Karylle magsasabunutan,” he quipped.

Netizens also noticed that the comedian took a jab at former It’s Showtime host Kim Atienza for involving himself in the issue.

“Yan yung bet nila, yung magkawaay tayo kunyari. Tapos maraming mag lilike para involved sila, yes trending din siya. Nakuha niya din gusto niya, ikaw talaga kuya!” Vice added.
