Hunky actor Piolo Pascual celebrated his birthday last Thursday, January 12.

On social media, fellow stars and colleagues of Piolo wished him a happy birthday as he turned 46 years old.

One of them was Lovi Poe, who was Piolo’s leading lady in the hit ABS-CBN series Flower of Evil.

Sharing a clip of themselves during a photoshoot, Lovi said, “Sinong hindi pagpapawisan sa katabi mo? Wrong time to use lotion na 100 degrees sa labas. Tinupad nga ni Lord na makapartner mo si Papa P pero lagkitan ka naman. But seriously… Happy birthday to my Mahal na lagi kaming pinapasaya ng ganito sa set.”

His longtime assistant Hatima Marcampo, more popularly known as Moi Bien, also penned a fun greeting for the actor on Instagram.

“Happy birthday P.. mahal kita mula sa kaibuturan ng aking puso cheers!! Hala konting panahon na lang 50 kana, magiging akin kana @piolo_pascual bwahahahahaha.. chos!” she said.

Others who shared their birthday wish for "Papa P" were Joross Gamboa, Pooh, and Alora Sasam.

Meanwhile, Piolo celebrated his special day with his family and close friends in a Hawaiian-themed dinner in El Nido, Palawan on January 12.

Last October, Piolo opened a boutique resort in El Nido alongside fellow superstar Kathryn Bernardo and other business partners. The resort, called Isla Amara, sits within the Lio Tourism Estate and is just a few steps away from Lio Beach.

Piolo starred in the Philippine adaptation of South Korea's hit series Flower of Evil. The show concluded last October after more than three months on air.
