At the media conference for his latest project under Vivamax titled Breathe Again, actor Tony Labrusca was seen in a good mood and with a positive aura.

After spending some time reflecting and refocusing in the United States, the 26-year-old actor came back to the Philippines and started on this new film. Tony saw the differences in how the pandemic is being handled by both countries.

“During the pandemic nakapunta na ako sa States then dun parang di mo maramdaman yung pandemya eh so pag balik namin dito andaming rules,” he explained to the press.

Aside from starring in his new project, the actor is glad his name is finally free from any complaints that were filed against him. In 2021, the actor was faced with complaints of acts of lasciviousness, along with other complaints for slight physical injuries. In March of 2022, these complaints were dismissed as there was a lack of probable cause.

“It’s just so nice parang nakaka move on na rin tayo, nakakahinga na ulit tayo,” Tony added.

Tony further explained that he is way past those problems and is excited for what the future will bring him.

“It’s nice kasi wala naman akong ginawang masama di ba, mabuti naman akong tao pero naging problema ko siya. I didn’t ask for it, I didn’t choose it but it happened to me. It sucks so I guess now I’m grateful I can breathe again. I wish that it didn’t have to happen in the first place but it is what it is, life happens,” he added.

Moving forward, Tony plans to act more in films in the future and is currently not accepting television roles.

In Breathe Again, he’ll be acting alongside beauty queen turned actress Ariella Arida and Ivan Padilla.
