Jessy Mendiola gave her fans a glimpse of her perfume collection in her newest vlog which was uploaded on Thursday, February 18.

The actress said a perfume that has always been her favorite is Chance by Chanel, which she described as having a "sweet" smell that matches her natural scent.

"This is my favorite ever. It's my top 1, and it's also Luis' favorite," she said, referring to her fiance Luis Manzano.

"Palagi ko 'tong ginagamit. If I could use it everyday, I would. It's sweet and it goes a long way," she added. "Itong scent na 'to, habang tumatagal, parang mas lalo siyang bumabagay sa natural scent ko. Medyo pricey siya. Kapag ini-spray mo, as in buong araw na siya nasa sa 'yo."

Another perfume she showed was Love Story by Chloe, which she likes to use whenever she goes to shootings or meetings.

"I like it so much because it's floral and light," she said.

Jessy also shared a perfume given to her by Luis' mother, Batangas Rep. Vilma Santos as a gift -- Galop D'Hermes by Hermes.

"First time ko siyang maamoy, super sweet niya, medyo may pagka-spicy. Pero hindi siya overpowering, kasi 'yung pagka-spicy niya, konting konti lang, and 'yung pagka-sweet niya, 'yung sa unang spray mo lang super sweet, but as time goes by, nagiging mild na siya. Pwede mo siyang gamitin every day, anywhere, anytime," she said.

"I haven't used it that much but I'm really, really happy that I discovered this scent through Momskie. So Momskie, thank you so much for this," she added.

She then showed the first perfume she bought using her own paycheck -- Eclat D'arpege by Lanvin.

"Palagi ko siyang ginagamit kahit nasa bahay. As in everyday. I love this scent so much kasi... it's very sweet, light. May pagka-vanilla. It brings back a lot of memories. Naaalala ko, ito 'yung amoy ko kapag sumasayaw ako sa ASAP, or sa tapings. Happy ako kapag nakakabili ako ng perfume na 'to," she said.

Also featured in the vlog were perfumes from brands Vicktor & Rolf, Lucky and Lulu, Dior, Byredo, Hermes, Jo Malone, Chanel, Chloe, Bath & Body Works and Tom Ford.

Jessy ended the video by sharing her tips on how to choose a perfume.

"Number one is, of course, your price point. Siyempre maraming mga mahal na perfumes, but also marami ring mga affordable. You just really have to go out there and choose what's best for you," she said. "Second is kung ano 'yung natural body scent mo, doon dapat babagay 'yung perfume na bibilhin mo. Ako, it just so happens na ang bagay sa akin ay floral scent."

She went on: "Pangatlo naman, make sure you have variety. Siyempre, nagi-iba iba 'yung mood nating lahat. You don't have to have so many perfumes, but at least, you know, two or three, okay na 'yun. Basta meron kang variety for each occasion -- for date night, for work, or simply at home na pwede mong magamit."

"If you have that one scent na super super favorite mo, don't let go of it. Kasi, when you meet a person at naamoy ka nila, 'yun 'yung scent na tatatak sa kanila... Another is, para sa akin, I like to buy some of my scents in travel size. Mahirap 'pag nagdala ka ng malalaking bottles kapag out and about ka. Mabigat 'yun sa bag mo," she added.
