After breaking up last December, Jake Cuenca has been vocal that he still loves his ex-girlfriend Sara Grace Kelley, who is a New York-based model.

Fast forward to this day, it looks like the two have reconciled with Jake posting a photo of him kissing Sara on Instagram.

In another post he wrote, “I once heard that the ocean has natural healing powers... Regardless this is the happiest I've been in a long time. Thank you for spending time with me.'

In his last interview with PUSH last May, Jake said even though he and Sara have broken up, they would always be the best of friends.

“Kahit na ex ko na yung my last girlfriend, but because maybe I love her unconditionally, parang kahit hindi na kami in love sa isa’t isa, I’ll drop everything to go there if she needs me,” Jake said.
