Since his debut, Lee Junho’s toned arms, broad shoulders, and six-pack abs have been complemented by fans—not at all a surprise given he’s a member of a group famous for its “beast idol” reputation. Maintaining such a physique isn’t easy, but Junho is disciplined enough to exercise for at least 90 minutes every morning. Hancinema
Lee Jun-ho - On his appearance in MBC’s “I Live Alone,” he showed off his impressive home gym, which was a project he started working on during the pandemic. He normally warms up for 10 minute on his stationary bike before moving on to strength exercises. For 2PM’s comeback in 2021, The Red Sleeve star complemented his daily workouts with dance training. While the group may have moved past its shirt ripping era, Junho still very much has the body for it. @le2jh

Kang Min-hyuk - Relatively new to the mainstream acting circuit, Kang Min-hyuk caught our eye as the aloof chaebol Han Jun-Kyung in the social media influencer-centric drama Celebrity, where he cut an impressive figure in his well-tailored suits. He rose to prominence alongside his on-screen partner Krystal Jung after appearing in The Heirs, and continued to take on several roles in smaller dramas after. This singer and songwriter is also the drummer for rock band CNBLUE. @mr_kanggun
Kang Min-hyuk - Min-hyuk is an avid golfer and a huge football fan. He’s very much into fitness as well, often sharing snaps of himself hitting the gym. Drumming is hard work, after all—you can’t go at if for very long without the arm strength and endurance required. You can catch a glimpse of his hard work in the 2018 film “The Princess and the Matchmaker.” @mr_kanggun

Ahn Bo-hyun - Currently playing the leading man in fantasy romance drama See You in My 19th Life, this striking actor’s jacked physique and bad boy-esque—though he can easily go the boy next door route—never go unnoticed regardless of what project he’s taking on. Fit as a fiddle, Ahn Bo-hyun—who once worked part-time at a construction site—rarely lets a stunt double do the work if he himself is able to, even when filming difficult action sequences for his appearances in My Name and Military Doberman Prosecutor. @bohyunahn
Ahn Bo-hyun - Aside from going to the gym, he bikes, boxes, and cooks his own meals to stay healthy. He seems to have gotten into sand surfing as well, given one of the latest posts on his Instagram account. Hancinema

Ok Taecyeon - Famous for his villainous turn in Vincenzo, 2PM’s rapper boasts an amazing military enlistment career. Woo Do-hwan - The Bloodhounds star’s fine physique in front and center in this crime action drama, which has him playing an ex-Marine turned boxer. Woo Do-hwan is in incredible shape—to say the results of his intensive training are paying off seems to be an understatement at this point. This is, perhaps, the bulkiest we’ve seen him. He put on 10kg for the role, eating only meals he personally prepared for himself. Boxing training aside, Do-hwan would also exercise before and after filming his action scenes. Talk about dedication!@wdohwan
Woo Do-hwan - He started working out when he was younger, but didn’t have enough money to join a gym then. Instead, he would go hiking up a small mountain near his family home. Do-hwan later learned to see working out as a hobby, which has certainly helped him bag roles such as that of Captain Royal Guard Jo Young in King: The Eternal Monarch. @wdohwan

Park Seo-joon - Missing Park Seo-joon hours are always open. Thankfully, this oppa never strays too far away from the limelight, always coming back with some good news because he does tend to have a lot going on. There’s the Marvel film, of course, and the recently announced disaster thriller, Concrete Utopia. Dream, his much-awaited silver screen project with singer IU, made its international premiere at the 22nd New York Asian Film Festival in New York this month. Seo-joon was cast as Yoon Hong-dae, a football player turned coach. @bn_sj2013
Park Seo-joon - To perfectly portray this role, the actor chose to frequent the gym more often—though he’s always been a regular, as his chiseled frame dictates. He combines weightlifting with cardio alongside bodyweight movements such as squats, push-ups, and pull-ups. Seo-joon sometimes works out with his friends from the Wooga Squad as well. We can only imagine how chaotic and dreamy that sight must be! Hancinema
