Brazilian police are investigating the decapitation of a soccer referee who was killed after he allegedly stabbed a player.
Referee Octavio da Silva, 20, stabbed Josenir dos Santos, a 30-year old player, after Do s Santos refused to heed his order to leave the field.
A mob then turned on Da Silva, killing him before severing his head in a remote town.
Police have arrested a man and are searching for two more suspects as they continue to investigate the incident. -- Mornings @ ANC, July 9, 2013
