Tropical Depression "Auring" caused landslides in Agusan del Norte on Sunday, leaving several villages isolated in Jabonga town.

Provincial disaster officials have launched relief operations and advised motorists not to proceed with travel as the national road remains impassable.

Rising waters in major rivers are also under close watch although the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council said levels are not yet critical.
