In this video from Tonight with Boy Abunda, Erich Gonzales talked about her film “We Will Not Die Tonight,” which she topbilled and co-produced.

Erich described it as a gritty story of survival. She plays a stuntwoman in the movie, thus required to do stunts and fights scenes without a double. Worry not because she trained well for her character, whose life took a big terrifying turn after a dangerous ‘raket.’

“Nag-training po tayo ng Muay Thai, ng paghawak po ng balisong, patalim, lahat ng klase ng self-defense,” shared Erich, who then demonstrated basic Muay Thai moves. She also demoed her skills in arnis, which requires fast and snappy strikes.

The Kapamilya actress also talked about co-producing the film, saying she fell in love with the script as soon as Director Richard Somes presented it to her. Erich had a big role in financing the film but was also involved in the creative process. “Makikita mo talaga lahat ng ginagawa sa pagbuo ng pelikula. Mahirap siya, Tito Boy,” she told veteran host Boy Abunda. Thanks to her experience as the movie’s co-producer, Erich said she plans to study film soon.
