Can you believe it’s been close to three decades since Star Cinema’s ‘90s classic films premiered on the big screen? Perhaps the cliché is true — time flies when you’re having fun, and feeling forever young!

While many more exciting love teams, movie barkadas, and fictional families have been created in the past 20 years, there will always be a special place in viewers’ hearts for the stories top-billed by OG ‘90s artists Jolina Magdangal, Marvin Agustin, Judy Ann Santos, Rico Yan, and Claudine Barretto, to name a few.

This March, indulge in the glory days of your favorite team-ups as we bring you their FULL MOVIES, all for FREE, on Star Cinema’s YouTube channel. Here are five of our top ‘90s classic picks:

‘Flames: The Movie’

Get ready for kilig overload and heartwarming drama from the Jolina-Marvin and Rico-Claudine tandems in this two-part film adaptation of the hit teen series of the same name! In the first story, Butch (Marvin) wrestles with self-doubt as he pursues his wealthy classmate Leslie (Jolina). In the second part, Karina (Claudine) is torn between her feelings for Joel (Rico) and her responsibilities to her family.

‘Gimik: The Reunion’

For an even more fun and jam-packed viewing experience, we’ve got seven ‘90s stars — Rico, Jolina, Marvin, G. Toengi, Diether Ocampo, Mylene Dizon, and Bojo Molina — in this ensemble film adaptation of the beloved ABS-CBN series, focusing on college friends who navigate life and love post-graduation.

‘Radio Romance’

Veronica (Gelli de Belen) lives a double life as a university librarian during the day and a radio DJ at night. Part of her job as a DJ is to read love letters on air and give listeners advice. One day, she receives a love letter addressed to her from a secret admirer.

‘Paano ang Puso Ko?’

Childhood friends Cecile (Judy Ann) and Ruben (Wowie de Guzman) have always harbored feelings for each other. But timing isn’t in their favor, especially when Cecile falls for Ruben’s cousin Jason (Rico) who just returned to the Philippines from the United States.

‘Hey Babe!’

Abigail (Jolina) visits a fortune teller every Friday, believing in predictions about her finding the perfect man. However, when she discovers Nelson’s (Marvin) manipulation of these predictions, her innocent love for him turns into anger as she realizes the deceit behind the supposed signs.
