PVL Media Bureau</div>MANILA — Three-time Premier Volleyball League (PVL) MVP Brooke Van Sickle was glad to see the Nxled Chameleons stick together amid a shocking four straight losses in the 2026 All-Filipino Conference.The Nxled skipper was proud as they finally ended that slide, beating Zus Coffee, 20-25, 25-15, 25-23, 25-19, on Thursday at the Filoil Centre in San Juan.&quot;The four-straight loss, it wasn&#x27;t happy times, but we&#x27;re able to stick together. And I&#x27;m really proud of all the girls,&quot; said Van Sickle in the postgame interview.&quot;But, I feel like as a team, cohesively, we all understand what we need to do and what we need to get done. And we continue to push each other in the gym and stay together,&quot; she added.<div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/volleyball/2026/3/12/pvl-nxled-ends-skid-by-beating-zus-coffee-2104">READ: PVL: Nxled ends skid by beating Zus Coffee</a></div>She shared how they finally overcame the hump — by keeping a positive attitude.&quot;I think that&#x27;s something super important for teams, like, going through losing streaks, is to be able to stay together,&quot; said Van Sickle, who dropped a 20-point night spread on 15 attacks, three aces, and two blocks.&quot;Because going through tough times, it&#x27;s easy to be able to point fingers or be able to just be like, oh, well, it&#x27;s not going our way, and kind of just, like, roll over. But we&#x27;re really glad with this team that no matter what, we always come out and we&#x27;re like, okay, new day, let&#x27;s go. Let&#x27;s keep a positive attitude. Let&#x27;s keep trying to improve, like work.&quot;As they brace for a new challenge, facing league-leading PLDT next, the Nxled star underscored that they will prepare &quot;better,&quot; but was just grateful they broke the losing curse.&quot;Just looking forward to the next game. [We] just came off a win, let&#x27;s celebrate it. But next, we got PLDT, and they&#x27;re doing a fantastic job. So we have to prepare much better. And, you know, I think it was good that we broke the losing streak.&quot;
