PVL Media Bureau</span></span></span></div><p>ANTIPOLO, RIZAL<strong> (UPDATED)</strong> — Nxled kept its winning form in the 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference.</p><p>The Chameleons secured a statement 25-19, 25-22, 27-25 victory over erstwhile unbeaten Cignal on Saturday evening at the Ynares Center here.</p><p>With the win, the Brooke Van Sickle-captained squad remained in the hunt for an outright semifinals berth—given to the team which would sweep the eliminations—while dashing the latter&#x27;s hopes for the playoff bonus.</p><p>After trailing early in Set 3, 4-8, the Chameleons uncorked an 8-1 run, restoring order for the Chameleons squad with a 12-9 cushion.</p><p>The lead further ballooned to five at 19-14, as Jules Tolentino nailed a gutsy surprise hit, catching the other side defenseless.</p><p>However, the Super Spikers refused to bow out that early, pulling within one, 19-18, after a 4-0 run. </p><p>Nxled squandered a 23-21 lead after Lyann de Guzman and Myla Pablo suffered attack errors, and Cignal successfully won a net fault challenge for a 24-23 Super Spikers lead. Thankfully for Nxled, MJ Phillips was there with a quick hit to keep their side in the hunt, 24-all.</p><p>Erika Santos found a kill to put her team on set point again, 25-24, but her service went out in the ensuing play, knotting the match at 25-all.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/volleyball/2026/2/14/pvl-tubu-stars-as-farm-fresh-makes-quick-work-of-galeries-to-enter-win-column-1825"><strong>READ: PVL: Tubu stars as Farm Fresh makes quick work of Galeries to enter win column</strong></a></div><p>Nxled&#x27;s Van Sickle proved steadier, firing a down-the-line hit to reach match point, 26-25, as Vanie Gandler&#x27;s attack sailed out, marking Nxled&#x27;s third win in a row.</p><p>&quot;We just know every single game, we have a big target on our back. Honestly, we expect a very difficult game today because they are playing really well; they have a very nice beginning of the conference, they have three wins in a row,&quot; said coach Ettore Guidetti during the post-match interview.</p><p>&quot;So, we expected to have a tough game, and we had a tough game,&quot; he also acknowledged.</p><p>Tolentino, the rookie setter out of De La Salle University, is proving her worth with her playmaking prowess, setting three Nxled players in twin-digit scoring with 19 excellent sets to go with five points.</p><p>Van Sickle and Phillips had 14 points each, while Pablo had 12 markers and seven excellent receptions.</p><p>On the other hand, Cignal now sees itself with a 3-1 card after the loss.
