Marigold L. Arroyo, representing Postmaster General and CEO Maximo Sta. Maria III, together with Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) and Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) President Ramon “Tats” Suzara, as well as Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Abraham &quot;Bambol&quot; Tolentino and Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman Patrick &quot;Pato&quot; Gregorio.</p><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil" style="width:500px"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17555900593162_FIVB_Stamp.jpg" style="width:500px" class="fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil" alt="Courtesy: Philippine Postal Corporation"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left"><em>Courtesy: Philippine Postal Corporation </em></span></span></span>This special issuance also pays tribute to the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) for its decades-long contribution in developing Philippine sports—from grassroots programs to international competitions—uplifting national pride and inspiring future generations to pursue greatness.</div><p>PHLPost has printed 10,000 copies of the commemorative stamp, each with a denomination of ₱16.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/volleyball/2025/8/13/-we-re-ready-suzara-assures-a-month-before-ph-hosting-of-world-championship-0027"><strong>READ: Eya Laure hypes up FIVB Men’s World Championship 2025 in Cebu<br/></strong></a></div><p>A personalized stamp set featuring the Philippine flag and the official FIVB MVWC mascots—Koolog, Kid Lat, and Hataw—has also been released, along with a specially designed souvenir first-day cover envelope. These are now available at the Manila Central Post Office PostShop in Liwasang Bonifacio.</p>
