MANILA – Bella Belen took over in front of a jampacked Araneta Coliseum, powering the Lady Spikers past the Lady Setters in a hard-earned 23-25, 25-23, 15-11 three-set win in the women's volleyball match of the Star Magic All-Star Games 2025 on Sunday night.

Bringing in the camaraderie built in a short period of time, Belen, a guest player, put on a show at the historic Big Dome, supported by up and coming ABS-CBN personalities Analain Salvador, Carmella Ford, as well as Angela Ken.

Belen, a three-time MVP and champion in the UAAP, dropped a whopping 20 points on 16 attacks, two blocks, and two service aces, leading all scorers that were all set on giving the Kapamilya fans a buck for their money.

Salvador, who was eventually named MVP—an amazing fifth top plum to her name—registered nine points including four aces.

Ford, the daughter of Karla Estrada, added six points, as Ken and Janah Zaplan chipped in two markers each.

Notably, and as expected, it was a showdown between Belen and a fellow UAAP star—an equally determined Angel Canino of the De La Salle University, who listed 12 points done on 10 attacks and two aces.

Erin Navarro, San Beda's pride, joined the scoring party as she notched 10 points, while another guest player in Ivy Lacsina showcased her spiking prowess with seven points built on six attacks and a block.

In the tight decider, the Lady Setters are poised to clinch the game as Canino put her team up, 11-8.

But that's when Belen and Salvador unleashed a spirited comeback built on seven unanswered points, capped by the Kapamilya star's service ace to end the tightly fought three-set match.
