Davison said she will be opting to rest and play for Team Canada during the Premier Volleyball League off-season.

When asked about being chosen for the Alas Pilipinas Women tryouts, Davison answered that it's "just not my priority," citing the long 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference and upcoming stint with Team Canada.

"I'll actually go home for a little bit. When I'm at home, I’ll actually play in semi-pro tournaments with the girls from Team Canada. I'll be continuously competing throughout the summer — hopefully, safely," said Davison.

"I'm going to get as far from volleyball as I can for the next month and then maybe dabble in it. But right now, it's not on my list for at least this moment. So just keeping it up, just floating, just not volleyball."
