Petro Gazz's Brooke Van Sickle. PVL Media BureauMANILA, Philippines – Petro Gazz superstar Brooke Van Sickle shared some emotional reflections on social media following her latest feat in the Premier Volleyball League.

Van Sickle, 27, who took the league by storm last year, already has an impressive career.

She has two MVP awards to her name and a PVL championship – an All-Filipino title by taking down the league's strongest empire, the Creamline Cool Smashers.

"If only my younger self could see me now - she’d be in awe of how far we’ve come," said Van Sickle in an Instagram post.

"From dreams to reality, we are now the All-Filipino Conference champions. What a journey it’s been. Proud to be a Petro Gazz Angel," she added.

Van Sickle and company completed a 2-1 triumph over Creamline in the recently concluded 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference, gifting the franchise its breakthrough all-Pinoy crown.

She was named All-Filipino Conference MVP, her second straight individual plum in the tournament.

Next up for the Angels is the AVC Women's Champions League starting April 20. Van Sickle was seen preparing for the tourney on her Instagram Story.
