MANILA, Philippines – Akari star hitter Ivy Lacsina admitted Tuesday that they lacked the adjustments needed in-game as they absorbed an 18-25, 19-25, 19-25 defeat at the hands of Creamline in the 2024-25 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference Semifinals.

The Chargers dropped to 1-1 in the semifinals, failing to sustain the momentum after escaping Choco Mucho last Saturday.

Lacsina said the team had "an off game" as she acknowledged that Creamline is still the team to beat in the league.

Lacsina said they talked about the loss in a calm manner.

They will meet again to lay out plans and train again for their next match, said Lacsina.

And then, usap po kami ulit and then training.

The Chargers still have a chance to reach the Finals, although they must overcome Petro Gazz on Thursday.
