As they racked up another pivotal win, Lacsina said they took to heart one advice from their Japanese mentor, Taka Minowa.

"For us po, hindi lang po ito ‘yung kaya namin kasi lagi kaming sinasabihan ni coach Taka [Minowa] na hindi puwedeng ma-satisfy kami kung ano nagagawa namin," Lacsina told reporters.

"Sa 'min naman, siyempre ‘yung nawala sa 'min is si Oly [Okaro], so medyo mahirap ‘yun punan pero kami po kasi ngayon conference is binibigyan namin ng pressure ‘yung sarili namin in a good way para po malaro namin ‘yung laro namin," she said.
