MANILA  -- The Philippine women's national football team will once again have to deal with Australia in the group stage of the ASEAN MSIG Serenity Cup 2025.

The Filipinas were drawn into Group B along with Australia, Timor-Leste and Myanmar, after the ceremony conducted on Monday in Hanoi.

Hosts Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Cambodia are in Group A. The top two teams in each group will advance to the knockout semifinals.

The Filipinas had beaten Australia's Under-23 squad in the group stage of the 2022 edition of the tournament en route to winning their first major trophy.
