"This clinic is not only about improving skills but also about building confidence, fostering teamwork, and promoting gender equality in sports. The women and girls who participate will not only gain valuable skills but will also become part of a larger movement that champions inclusivity and wellness for all," he added.

The clinic also hopes to shine a spotlight on the recent achievements of the RP Blu Girls, who have made great strides in international competitions.

The free clinic is also part of the association's thrust to boost the popularity of softball throughout the country. -- report from Marlon Bernardino
