MANILA, Philippines –  Filipina Olympic skateboarder Margielyn Didal kick starts a new pro move as one of the characters on deck in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, set to air in July 2025. 

Didal’s animated video game character showcases the Olympian’s gnarly moves in a skatepark simulation, donning her familiar fit when skateboarding. 

Tony Hawk 3+4 is debuting as a remake version of its previous development, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 inspired from Pro Skater 3 and 4. 

The video game will be set to play on Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4 & 5, Windows, and Xbox One & Series X/S. 

“I’m excited to be in the game and other people to use me to have fun in the game,” Didal said in the teaser interview. 

Years into her trailblazing career that started from the X Games Minneapolis 2018 to the international skating scene, Didal continues to unlock more career opportunities beyond the skate park. 

“When I was starting [skateboarding], Leticia [Bufoni] was the top skater at the time and even now”, Didal recalls as she expressed her early inspirations as an amateur skater then. 

Didal and Bufoni are joined by other inspired skateboarding legends and Tony Hawk himself.  

“Hype[d] to be [a] part of the new Pros in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4. Available July 11, 2025…Can’t wait!” Didal wrote on her Facebook page sharing the game trailer. 

With a stellar record of one gold medal from the 2018 Asian Games and double gold medals from the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, Didal fits right into the roster of accomplished skateboarders included in the video game.
