MANILA, Philippines -- Stallion Laguna FC were crowned champions of the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Women’s Cup 2024 after a hard-fought 1-0 win over Kaya FC Iloilo in the final match at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Stallion skipper Chandler McDaniel scored the game’s lone goal in the third minute, solidifying Stallion’s rise to the top after the arrival of key acquisitions during the off-season.

“We wanted to come in and make a statement we wanted to win of course,” said McDaniel, who was also named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. “Coming from last season, we really wanted to make a statement, come back and that’s exactly what we did and we will keep on moving.”

The tournament, which has seen remarkable performances from teams across the country, concluded with Stallion Laguna FC lifting the coveted trophy in front of passionate fans.
