MANILA — The Philippine Basketball Association celebrated its 50th anniversary by adding ten more players to its Greatest Players list on Friday at Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.

Basketball icons Nelson Asaytono, Danny Seigle, Jeffrey Cariaso, Bong Hawkins, and Manny Victorino, as well as the latest PBA MVPs and active players June Mar Fajardo and Scottie Thompson, were there to formally receive their awards as they were added to the elite club.

Rounding out the ten were Yoyoy Villamin, Abe King, and the late Arnie Tuadles, who were well-represented during the event.

Some members of the first 40 inducted to the "greatest roster" attended the event, elevating what has been a momentous occasion for Asia's pioneering professional basketball league.
