MANILA -- Philippine Cultural College and Uno High School completed the Final Four cast in the Philippine Ching Yuen Athletic Association (PCYAA) Season 12 juniors basketball tournament.

The Golden Seagulls and the Blue Pandas hurdled their quarterfinal opponents last week to set up the semifinals which will start on Wednesday at Uno High School.

PCC overcame a twice-to-beat disadvantage and took down no. 4 Pace Academy to earn its place, first with a 67-60 stunner on March 5 and once again with a 61-57 escape last Saturday.

Krismarc Jhon Miral fired 20 points, eight rebounds, five steals, and three assists in the clincher that brought the Golden Seagulls back to the semifinals since 2019 of this tourney which is backed by Jumbo Plastic.

Uno, on the other hand, wasted no time knocking off Saint Jude Catholic School, 66-56, behind the 1-2 punch of John Benzson Yu, who dropped 23 points built on seven three-pointers, and Ian Matthew Perez, who registered a double-double of 19 points and 12 boards.

Now, they brace for the challenge of the top two seeds Jubilee Christian Academy and MGC-New Life Christian Academy, both of which are also armed with twice-to-beat advantages in the semifinals in this tournament sponsored by TOP, Jiang Nan Hotpot, Tai Chi Liniment, BYD, Hxgon Motors, Duralite Sandals, Vital1, Infinite Sportswear, and Spalding.

The Golden Seagulls take on the Jubilee Warriors at 5 p.m., while the Blue Pandas face off against the defending champion New Lifers at 6:30 p.m.
