"Hopefully this triggers more teams, more organizations, more people to fill in female esports players kasi ang laking impact nito sa kababaihan pati sa bansa natin," Endaya said.

Omega Empress took home a promising share of the prize pool worth $180,000 or around P10.5 million after winning the tournament, which could also be additional incentive to amateur players who would venture into becoming professional players.
