"Riot Unlocked" - a partnership between global developer Riot Games and net café chain TNC - wants to revitalize the local internet café scene, allowing access to in-game perks and cosmetics while playing their accounts in their internet café branches.

Inspired by the positive reception and success of Liga Republika, the newly-launched national competition for League of Legends, Riot Games aims to make LOL more accessible to Pinoy gamers by launching a PC program called Riot Unlocked," Riot Games said.
