Team Secret will be missing the Valorant Champions Tour: Masters in Shanghai, China, after an early exit in the VCT Pacific Stage 1 mid-season playoffs held in Seoul, South Korea.

This comes after they absorbed a 0-2 loss to South Korea's T1, Friday afternoon.

T1 completely dominated Team Secret on Lotus, 13-7, before pulling off a come-from-behind map win on Sunset, 13-11. 

After Team Secret snapped up a couple of pistol rounds to get the bonus round lead at 2-0, T1 erupted with a 7-3 run, causing the Adobo Gang to fall behind 5-7 at the half.

It was a similar story for Team Secret at the side switch, suffering elimination losses to the South Korean squad to fall behind 0-1.

Sunset looked like Team Secret's map to win, as the Filipinos banked on site retakes to end the half on a 9-3 lead. But T1 flipped the script, making it hard for Team Secret to penetrate the opponent's defenses.

It was there that T1 erupted with a 10-2 run to claim the series and move onto the next round.

Team Secret's campaign for a slot in VCT Masters remains elusive.
