MANILA TNC Predator is back in the professional Dota 2 scene, the multi-titled Pinoy esports squad announced Wednesday.

Included in the roster of the returning TNC Predator are Jinn Marrey "Palos" Lamatao, Yuri "Yowe" Pacaña, Joshua "Kokz" Maraño, John "Jing" Duyan, and Carlo "Kuku" Palad.

This also marks Kuku's much-anticipated return to TNC, regarded by Pinoy fans as the "Filipino Huskar" due to his team's triumph over Major winners OG in The International 2016.

In September 2021, TNC released to free agency its acclaimed roster of Kim "Gabbi" Santos, Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios, Jun "Bok" Kanehara, Timothy "Tims" Randrup, and Marvin "Boomy" Rushton a move which shocked the local Dota 2 community.

That squad's last hurrah was in The International 2021: Southeast Asia Qualifier, where they lost the TI SEA slot to to Fnatic.

The development prompted the team to acquire an entirely different roster.

TNC's last competitive shot was in Asia Pacific Predator League 2022, where it placed fourth place in the Tokyo-based tilt.

After the tourney in Japan, CEO and founder of TNC Eric Redulfin revealed on December 2022 that they would not join the SEA Dota Pro Circuit in 2023.

Some of TNC's notable achievements were winning titles in ESL One Thailand 2020: Asia, MDL Chengdu Major, and ESL One Hamburg 2019.
