MANILA, Philippines – TNT reinforcement Rondae Hollis-Jefferson was again named Best Import of the PBA Governors' Cup on Sunday.

He bested Justin Brownlee of Barangay Ginebra by a ton of votes and statistical points, 1221 to 947.

But according to the American-Jordanian star, winning Game 4 mattered more for him than getting the Best Import nod.

After establishing a 2-0 lead, the Gin Kings finally came back and tied the series at 2-2, 106-92, in front of 16,783 fans at the Araneta Coliseum.

"I give thanks to my teammates and coaches for helping me accomplish that. It's something I can talk to my kids about in the future, but we want to win. You know, we want to win the championship," Hollis-Jefferson told reporters.

"We want to win every game we step out there. Tonight, we fell short."

Brownlee outshone Hollis-Jefferson this time, putting up 34 points compared to the latter's 28.

"Sometimes we just made mental mistakes, and we couldn't cut the lead in some situations. And that's on our part. We got to go back to the drawing board, look at some things, and make some adjustments," Hollis-Jefferson said.

Bouncing back will be on TNT's mind when they take on the Gin Kings again in Game 5 on Wednesday.
