MANILA -- India-based organization Global Esports has revealed their overhauled roster for the Valorant Champions Tour Pacific 2025, with more than half the players coming from the Tier 2 scene in the Philippines.

The new roster consists of Federico "Papi" Evangelista, Kelly "KellyS" Sedillo, Mark "patrickWHO" Musni, Go "UdoTan" Kyung-won, Savva "Kr1stal" Fedorov, and Preston "juv3nille" Preston as head coach.

GE also teased an unnamed sixth man and assistant coach in their announcement post at X (formerly Twitter).

Papi, previously known as PapiChulo, last played for two-time VCL Philippines champion and Ascension Pacific contender, NAOS Esports. He and the rest of NAOS failed to reach the Tier 1 scene on both Ascension runs, but Papi will now get to debut in VCT Pacific under a new banner.

Incoming in-game leader KellyS played throughout the VCL Philippines 2024 season with NAOS' long-time rival, Oasis Gaming. The signing with GE will be his long-deferred debut in the tier 1 scene, after being removed from the Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) lineup before the start of the first VCT Pacific season.

Rounding up the Filipino lineup, patrickWHO, then under the in-game name PatrickWatson, played with 2024 Challengers Philippines Split 2 team, Carti World, and subsequently with Velocity Gaming in the 2024 VCL South Asia Split 2 prior to the GE signing.

Russian player Kr1stal previously played for 2024 VCT Ascension China winner Xi Lai Gaming, but eventually became a free agent due to a rule that limits a team to one non-resident player and agreeing to be the one to leave when XLG qualifies for the Chinese tier 1 tournament.

UdoTan last played with 2024 Ascension China finalist, Rare Atom, who eventually fell to XLG.

Head coach juv3nille previously coached North American teams, notably working last with Valorant Champions 2024 contender and VCT Americas top seed, Leviatán, as an assistant coach.

The new roster is the third iteration of GE since becoming a partnered team in VCT Pacific in 2022, consistently fielding an international lineup.

Despite signing top players for their previous lineups, their performance has landed them in the bottom half of the standings, placing eighth in 2023 and ninth in 2024.

GE will debut with the new lineup in VCT 2025: Kickoff alongside all-Filipino squad Team Secret beginning in February.
