PAGASA said the extreme northern portion of mainland Cagayan would experience 100-200mm (nearly 4 to 8 inches) accumulated rainfall, while Babuyan Islands and the eastern portions of mainland Cagayan and Isabela will experience 50-100mm (nearly 2 to 4 inches) accumulated rainfall from Monday to Tuesday noon.
