Handout/DOST-PAGASA</div>MANILA (UPDATE) — Typhoon Marce (international name: Yinxing) further intensified on Wednesday as it churned closer to northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said.In its 5 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said Marce was spotted 295 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan. It was packing maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour and up to 185 kph gusts. PAGASA raised wind signal 3 over Santa Ana and Gonzaga, Cagayan, where 89 to 117 kph winds were expected in the next 18 hours.
