Mendoza has warned LTO personnel against allowing fixers to operate and against working with them in those operations since his appointment to head the LTO in July 2023.

Aside from Calingo, Mendoza disclosed that the LTO is also investigating two more district office chiefs in connection with the aggressive operation against fixers.
