Jeremiah Lisbo takes pride in taking on the Metro Body 2024 advocacy. According to the Kapamilya actor, it is an honor to represent Star Magic and help promote body positivity through a campaign that champions each and every form. Being fit and holistically healthy, after all, is what he is all about. He is a regular gym-goer, whose routine is tallied at four times a week of full-blown, full-body workout.
So kailangan kong mag-rest ng two weeks,” he told Metro.Style so he felt he was not able to prepare enough for the shoot that had him showcasing a topless look for the first time.
However, just like any of us, Jeremiah sometimes pays attention to what he lacks and the judgment of others. Admittedly, he overthinks his insecurities at times and falls into the trap of forgetting his distinct assets. Kasi nag-start lang akong mag-workout during pandemic until now,” he disclosed.
His thin and tall body type, which is best described by Jeremiah as having difficulty in gaining muscle mass and in general, weight, is what he’s currently working on to bring on his ideal body.

As to what diet he sticks to, Jeremiah declared that he doesn’t try to deprive himself of what he wants, but is big on planning his meals with a purpose in mind—to be leaner and have a better muscle mass. He shared, “More on high protein talaga—chicken, egg... Steak! Minsan, gulay din—broccoli. Salmon… ’Tsaka ’yung mga supplements na rin. Nakakatulong din ’yun.”
As someone who prefers to spend a huge chunk of his time cozying up at home, Jeremiah knows how to keep his gym sessions and sports games all worthwhile. “Mas more on discipline na dapat makapag-workout ako four or five times a week… Hindi naman masyado ’yung bulky na bulky.”
Active in basketball, functional bodybuilding, CrossFit training, and casual swimming, Jeremiah shared with us what summer activities are in store for him: “Ang daming nagsasabi, [pumunta raw ako sa] Siargao. Sobrang ganda daw. Dapat daw, mag-stay daw ako du’n, one week.
