Apart from the gripping plot, the series also has an interesting cast led by <strong>Lee Jae Wook</strong>, <strong>Lee Jun Young</strong>, and up-and-coming actress <strong>Hong Suzu</strong>. </p><div><br/></div><p><em>The Impossible Heir</em> is the first series where Hong Suzu plays a lead role. The model-turned-actress had worked on three acting projects before this breakthrough project landed in her lap. Understandably, portraying this role comes with a lot of pressure but she&#x27;s taking everything in stride and learning along the way. &#x27;I had no experience of working on a project of this length, so I was ready to learn every single time I stepped on set,&#x27; she said.</p><div><br/></div><p>Hong Suzu admitted she was initially scared and concerned about whether she could pull off her role. But to overcome that fear, she shared, &#x27;I studied the script intently so I could absorb as much of the character as possible. I read the script repeatedly so I would have a solid understanding of the overall story arc of the series. In terms of fine-tuning the tone of my performance, I had a lot of conversations with the director to make adjustments before we went to each shoot. Despite the challenging circumstances, she managed to secure a spot at Korea’s top university and is determined to get to the top of the social hierarchy and achieve her goals.</p><div><br/></div><p>When asked to describe her character, Hong Suzu focused on highlighting Na Hye Won&#x27;s strengths: &#x27;I was drawn to the character because she was a proactive and ambitious female character.
