In 78 days, one of the most widely followed celebrity editions of Pinoy Big Brother had droves of the show’s avid fans glued to their TV sets and devices.

It was an incredible mix of legacy stars, upcoming artists, online celebrities, and a top athlete, this season’s offered the appeal of difficult challenges, raging controversies, exciting competitions and rivalries, life-changing insight, and real-life drama, not to mention the kilig ships of love team-worthy tandems.

But now that the celebrity housemates of PBB Kumunity Season 10 have left the famous Yellow House, with the top two emerging to continue their bid to become this season’s Big Winner, fans wonder how are they doing outside Bahay Ni Kuya.

In this episode of Kapamilya Snaps, we get to know what some celebrity housemates have been up to after their PBB stint.

One of the two top celebrity housemates, Alyssa Valdez, showed her gratitude to her multitudes of followers while the “Headstrong Phenom ng Batangas” by posting a video on Twitter thanking them for the support, right after leaving the house. She also had a series of appearances on ASAP Natin ‘To for a PBB reunion production number and a Kumu live session with fellow housemate and BFF Samantha Bernardo.

The other of the top two placers in the Celebrity Edition, the “Singing Sweetheart ng Siargao” Anji Salvacion had been busy with appearances on ABS-CBN Entertainment online shows, such as Kapamilya Chat, Hotspot and Push Bets. In these stints, Anji expressed her dream of working with LizQuen (Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil) in the future. She is also back to pursuing her budding music career, indicating that she is planning to finish a song.

For the “Bread-Queen-er ng Palawan,” Samantha Bernardo, it was rushing to the final resting place of her grandparents and father right after getting back to the outside world. She offered flowers from her ever-supportive fans from the reality TV show. She also reunited with BFF Alyssa Valdez and did a Kumu live show together, among other live streams she regularly does.

Meanwhile, viral online celebrity Madam Inutz, whose real name is Daisy Lopez, the “Mama-Bentang Live Seller ng Iloilo” is naturally back to her thriving trade as an online seller in the outside world. She is however taking on other opportunities that came her way, particularly in the music business. Madam Inutz has already recorded four songs and will be shooting a music video for one of her songs, titled “Marites.” She is also having a house built for her family, with her checking its blueprints for the first time.

“Fun-along Comedian ng Cagayan de Oro,” Brenda Mage, has returned to making viral social media posts and YouTube videos, including livestreams on Facebook. Brenda also shared a letter from fellow housemate and close friend Alyssa Valdez thanking him for being a real friend, and for being there whenever she needs him.

One of the longtime Kapamilya stars who’s part of the PBB Kumunity Season 10 Celebrity Edition was Alexa Ilacad, who is now focusing more on her music career. She had appeared on ASAP Natin ‘To as part of the New Gen Birit Duets. She also recorded and co-wrote a new single, “Paano” and gushed on Instagram over meeting her OPM idol Rico Blanco. Alexa was also a featured performer in the “By Request” Benefit Concert for Typhoon Odette survivors as part of ABS-CBN’s “Tulong-Tulong sa Pag-ahon: Isang Daan Sa Pagtutulungan” fundraising program.

“Rising Darling ng Quezon City” Shanaia Gomez might have her stellar stint on the show cut short, but a lot of opportunities came knocking on her door. Shanaia actually landed a role in the third season of “Click. Like. Share” as the sister of Belle Mariano’s character. After leaving Bahay Ni Kuya, Shanaia celebrated Christmas and New Year with her family.

For her part, “Miss Brightside ng Makati” Karen Bordador had been busy streaming on Kumu, while also posting vlogs on her YouTube channel. Here, she shared behind-the-scenes moments with her fellow housemates while recording the PBB Kumunity Season 10 original song “Kapit Bisig” written by Alexa Ilacad. She also shared the housemates’ stint in the Star Magic Christmas Special 2021. She also appeared on It’s Showtime competing in the “Madlang Pi-Poll” segment with fellow housemates Shanaia Gomez and Benedix Ramos.
Finally, Chie Filomeno, the “Calendar Vixen ng Antipolo,” took advantage of a number of showbiz career opportunities after leaving the house. She was first named the 2022 calendar girl of Filipino liquor brand and became a judge in the “Showtime Sexy Babe” segment. Chie has also been cast in the upcoming LoiNie (Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte) series “Love in 40 Days.”
