SINGAPORE - Bumisita sa Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Singapore ang pinakabatang Pilipinong bowling champion ng prestihiyosong Singapore International Open na si Zach Ramin Sales kasama ang kanyang mga magulang na sina Rudi at Grace, pawang Filipino migrants sa Singapore.<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img alt="Singapore " src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2024/tfc/01/29/1bowler-sg.png?ext=.png"/><figcaption>Si Zach Ramin Sales kasama ang kanyang mga magulang na sina Rudi at Grace nang bumisita kay Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig</figcaption></figure></div>Sa batang edad na 17 years old, naging kampeon at tinanghal na pinakabatang bowling champ ng Singapore International Open si Zach noong June 2023. Siya pa lamang ang kauna-unahang Pinoy bowler na nakagawa nito sa batang edad sa loob ng 60 taon ng nasabing kompetisyon. Sampung taon gulang pa lang si Zach nang sumabak na siya sa bowling competitions.Ayon pa sa embahada, nagwagi rin si Zach sa 21st Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championship na ginanap noong nakaraang taon buwan ng Hulyo sa Thailand bilang bahagi ng Philippine team sa Boys Team Gold laban sa bowling powerhouse countries tulad ng Korea, Singapore at Malaysia.Ipinahatid ni Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig kay Zach at mga magulang nito ang kanyang pasasalamat sa atleta at nagpahayag na patuloy na magpapakitang gilas ang batang bowling champ hindi lamang sa Singapore kundi sa iba pang bansa.Kinilala rin ng embahada ang ambag ng pamilya Sales sa pagpapalakas ng bilateral ties ng Singapore at Pilipinas.
