The suspect behind the Cybertruck blast in New Year&#x27;s Day used the AI program ChatGPT to plan the attack, said Las Vegas police on Tuesday. Clark County Sheriff, Kevin McMahill, and assistant Sheriff, Dori Koren, described how the suspect’s used ChatGPT to look for information on quantities of explosives and methods to ignite them. The suspect&#x27;s queries extended to purchasing fireworks and their equivalence to other explosive materials, as well as the specifics of bullet velocity necessary to trigger an explosion.“This is the first incident on US soil where Chat GPT has been utilized in such a manner,” Sheriff McMahill said during a briefing.Surveillance footage shared at the briefing shows the suspect dousing the Cybertruck with racing fuel, which was later involved in an explosive incident near Trump Towers.A six-page manifesto was found on the suspect&#x27;s phone, expressing various grievances and indicating that the attack was intended as a suicide, not aimed at harming others.<div>(Production: Gerardo Gomez)</div>
