The first-ever locally born twin giant panda cubs in Hong Kong marked their 100th day on Saturday (November 23), an important milestone celebrated by their carers at Ocean Park Hong Kong and panda fans worldwide.

The twin cubs, dubbed "Little Brother" and "Elder Sister", are growing healthily, according to the park. Recorded livestream videos provided by the park captured the lively younger male cub frequently engaging his elder sister in playful bouts.

The cubs weighed a mere 112 grams (0.25 lb) for the male and 122 grams (0.27 lb) for the female at birth, and now weigh 5.5 kg (12.1 lb) and 5.3 kg (11.7 lb) respectively. The park has also released images of the male cub interacting with their mother, Ying Ying, as well as footage showing that the babies have started growing teeth.
