Monday may not be a good day to do laundry, according to weather bureau PAGASA, as the southwest monsoon brings overcast skies over Metro Manila and other parts of the country, with possible thunderstorms in the afternoon.

“Most likely mararamdaman natin ang epekto ng southwest monsoon. Buong araw posible ang makulimlim na panahon pero may break tayo bandang tanghali. Mataas ang tsansa ng thunderstorm pagdating po sa hapon,” PAGASA weather forecaster Rhea Torres said in a DZMM interview.
