Weather bureau PAGASA is monitoring a low pressure located 695 km east of General Santos City as of 3 a.m. Monday. The LPA is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao and has a low chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
