LTO chief Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II said a show cause order (SCO) was already sent to the rider in his residence in Lipa City in Batangas.

“I personally saw the video and although it was really tragic, that could have not happened if they just chose to be responsible motorcycle riders,” Mendoza said in a statement.

The rider, who was also reported as a motovlogger, was identified as one of the two riders who “recklessly or without reasonable caution and regard for the safety of others performed unsafe maneuvers.”
