Affected motorists waited for almost 15 minutes before authorities opened the road again at around 10:12 a.m.</p><p>Manibela chairman Mar Valbuena said this protest was originally scheduled last December after the LTFRB issued its memorandum circular 2024-043 extending the validity of provisional authority (PA) of public utility jeepney (PUJ) who opted to joined the public transport modernization program (PTMP).</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/8/12/manibela-stages-surprise-protests-ahead-of-planned-3-day-transport-strike-1455">Manibela stages &#x27;surprise&#x27; protests ahead of planned 3-day transport strike</a></div><p>“Nakita natin na ginigipit na naman yung ating mga kasamahan...
