Time to bring an umbrella, Kapamilya.Weather bureau PAGASA is forecasting shortlived thunderstorms lasting 30 minutes up to 2 hours in Metro Manila as the axis of the shear line nears the National Capital Region.The weather bureau said the shear line and intertropical convergence zone will bring heavy rains in Quezon, Aurora, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Dinagat Islands.As of 2 a.m., no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
