The low pressure area east of Mindanao has high chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours, weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday morning, December 17.It will be assigned the local name Querubin.At 3 a.m. today, the LPA was estimated based on all available data at 155 km East Southeast of Tagum City, Davao del Norte (6.8°N, 127.1°E).
