Due to heavy rains, areas in front of Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary in Barangay Matungao, Tugbo, Masbate City are submerged in flood water as of 11 a.m., Sunday, December 1, 2024.
The Weather Bureau, PAGASA, issued heavy rainfall warnings for parts of the Bicol Region, CALABARZON, and Eastern Visayas due to a shear line, which is a narrow zone where an abrupt change in horizontal winds occurs, leading to heavy rains or sudden weather changes.
