<p>Apat na bayan sa La Union ang binaha bunsod ng malakas na ulan na dala ng Bagyong Luis noong Lunes, August 3, 2026.</p><p>Ayon kay La Union Governor Mario Ortega, may mga baradong drainage at mga ilog na puno na ng banlik kaya hindi maiwasan ang pagbaha sa probinsiya.
