<p>MANILA — The National Bureau of Investigation arrested a 31-year-old woman who allegedly performed invasive cosmetic procedures, including “Jawtox” or Botox injections on the jaw, despite not being a licensed physician.</p><p>The suspect was arrested during an entrapment operation conducted by the NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division (OTCD) at an aesthetic clinic in Cavite City after an undercover agent availed of a package worth P11,500 that included Jawtox, eyebrow microblading, and a glutathione drip.</p><p>Authorities discovered that the clinic had no license to operate and that its personnel were not authorized to perform medical procedures.
