MANILA — Pampanga 1st District Representative Carmelo Jon Lazatin is leading the mayoralty race in Angeles City in Pampanga.

As of 8:56 p.m., Lazatin got 69,774 votes, based on the partial and unofficial results from 71.89 percent of election returns.
