MANILA — Pope Francis on Wednesday appointed Father Ronald Anthony Timoner of the Diocese of Daet as the new bishop of the Diocese of Pagadian.

The 53-year-old priest will take over the position of Bishop Ronald Lunas, who died on January 2, 2024.
